INITIAL PROPERTY INSPECTION
Montella REO will provide concise information pertaining to the occupancy status and condition of the property. Our staff is fully trained in compliance guidelines. An exterior visual inspection is performed and a complete description of the property is provided. In addition, photos are taken of the front of the property.

WEEKLY & MONTHLY INSPECTIONS
Montella REO will perform weekly and monthly inspections of the property and report any changes in the status of the property such as: vandalism, theft, break-in, occupancy, fire or storm damage and deterioration.
